The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Battle Arena Melbourne 9 (BAM9) was a fighting game tournament hosted by the CouchWarriors crew in Melbourne, Australia, having singles and doubles for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Melee, and Project M respectively; it also featured singles tournaments for Super Smash Bros. and Brawl. The tournament was a qualifier for international fighting game events, including the Capcom Pro Tour. The tournament was famous for raising funds for SuPeRbOoMfAn to attend and also for the Smash 64 bracket being finished ahead of schedule in an Airbnb on Little Lonsdale St as a result of Jayden Murphy’s flight back to Brisbane being at 7:30am on Sunday, when Top 8 was meant to be played at a later time the same day.
