Editing Amiibo

The original reason for the hiding was to reduce scrolling, but the length of the article with or without makes it irrelevant even on a smaller monitor--even then it isn't a large improvement and the ToC handles it. Only benefit would be on mobile but collapsible elements don't work there to begin with. Making them visible will allow for easier text-search and be more visible than the icons)
