That last section is very biased towards the 1v1 multiplier, a mechanic which definitely has issues, such as allowing questionable amounts of damage to be dealt by certain moves

Undid edit by 107.209.209.146: That's 2% as in damage percentage, not actual percentage. In that example, if a move deals 10% damage, the extra damage is 10% * 0.2 = 2%
