Togepi is a Pokémon that appears out of a Poké Ball.
Togepi uses Metrenome just like Clefairy. The Metrenome attacks from Togepi are different from Clefairy. Togepi's Metrenome is made up of four attacks that are chosen randomly. The attacks are:
- Leech Seed: This attack has the same affect as Lip's Stick. A flower is planted on the head of any players who are in Togepi's attack radius.
- Ice Blast: A small blast of ice is shot out. Any character stuck in the blast radius will be frozen for a couple of seconds and take damage.
- Sleep Powder: Togepi releases some Sleep Powder which is similar to Bellosom's attack. A character will fall asleep momentaringly if he/she is in the attacks radius.
- Earthquake: Togepi starts shaking the ground. Anyone near Togepi will not be able to move for a couple of seconds. This attack is similar to Venasaur's attack.
The summoner is not hurt by Togepi's attacks.
