Welcome to my talk page. if you need to tell me something, tell me here (but please follow SW:TALK and SW:NPA.)
Also, I don't like to chat about non-SmashWiki things, so please don't talk to me unless it's related to SmashWiki.
Also note the times I'll be on (these are average).
Weekdays: 3pm-11pm
Weekends: 9am-12am
If I'm not on, on but inactive, or on the IRC, you can still leave me a message; I just won't see it until I return.
Unsigned
Just a reminder, according to its page, the unsigned template should always be substituted ({{subst:unsigned|name|time}}). PikaSamus (talk) 16:32, 2 December 2014 (EST)
- Weird. I've been doing it wrong for the past 3 months and no one told me until now... well thanks anyways. Also, it doesn't say anything about adding to it. It seems optional, though, many people seem to put it anyways. Should it be added, or let it be as is? Rtzxy Reflect! 16:38, 2 December 2014 (EST)
About that edit...
That was a mistake, I hit save, then it said someone else edited it, unaware that it was already saved, so I though it was the wrong time, then I typed "~~~~" thinking it wasn't saved. Smash Master 16:07, 6 December 2014 (EST)
If you're so obsessed with tagging
...then perhaps you should comment on this proposal.
Also, you should note that graphics consisting only of simple geometry (such as many of the series symbols) are ineligible for copyright. Toomai Glittershine The Eggster 16:18, 7 December 2014 (EST)
- All right, I'll comment on that proposal. As for the second thing, you want me to change the series symbols I marked as {{fairuse}} into {{PD}}? Rtzxy Reflect! 16:21, 7 December 2014 (EST)
- I'm not totally sure. Wikipedia lists this on its images of the Smash Bros. symbol and the Triforce: "This image of simple geometry is ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain, because it consists entirely of information that is common property and contains no original authorship." But I don't know exactly where the line is drawn. Toomai Glittershine The Riotous 16:23, 7 December 2014 (EST)
