Chrom is the main character of Fire Emblem: Awakening, father of Lucina and close ally to Robin.

In Super Smash Bros. 4

Chrom appears in Lucina and Robin's trailer. He first appears at the start, where he is shown unconscious after a battle with Captain Falcon. Lucina defends him, but is almost defeated herself. For the majority of the trailer, he is only seen laying on the ground. However, at the end, he, still badly hurt, remarks that "he will get his chance another day." He also appears at the top of Lucina and Robin's poster art.

He appears to be a part of Robin's Final Smash.
