The Beetle is an item from The Legend of Zelda series. It was announced as an item on Miiverse, January 28th 2014 as a usable item.
Origin
The Beetle first appeared in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
In the Super Smash Bros series
The Beetle is a grapple item in Super Smash Bros. 4. Once picked up, users can 'shoot' beetles towards opponents, which will grab enemies and fly off with them.
