Project Smash Attacks, or PSA, is an early moveset editing program for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It enjoys widespread success as a moveset editor; indeed, many newbie hackers call a moveset edit a "PSA". While improvements in understanding of some coding have rendered it rather outdated, it remains the most accessible moveset editor in the Brawl modding community.
