I don't think it's necessary to put the location name in front of the stage title in articles about Melee stages. The stages aren't typically recognised with these titles. People don't say Eagleland: Onett, they just say Onett. Especially so, as that stage returned for Brawl, where it is just called Onett. Or if you include the subtitle, it would be EarthBound: Onett. Some of these article names are just silly, like Yoshi's Island: Yoshi's Island, and these subtitles are mentioned in the infobox, so I don't feel it needs to go in the title. An exception can be made for Mushroom: Kingdom and Mushroom: Kingdom II, but otherwise, I would rather these articles be shortened. What do you guys think?

- Agree. SW:OFFICIAL states that we should use the common name for the stages over official name. If we use Forward tilt over Side Strong, where the line is relatively thin in terms of common usage, then Onett takes priority over Eagleland: Onett. Mr. Anon

Agree. I've always thought they were pointless. ☆The Solar Dragon☆ 07:54, 12 November 2011 (EST)
