Move proposalEdit
Considering this is set up by the invisible ceiling glitch, it seems appropriate for this page to be moved there, under "Uses". That page is in need of a bit of help itself (perhaps some GIFs of the notorious occasions where it's been triggered) but a merge would be a fair starting point? -
