Don't just recreate the page if you created it in the wrong namespace, you should be able to move the page to the right namespace. Also in order to prove your notability as a tournament director. You should list down the tournaments you have directed. (similar to L4st), being involved in 1 tournament only probably isn't anything too remarkable.
