ΩRank, or OmegaRank, is an unofficial global power ranking created by PGStats seeder and /r/smashbros moderator Stuart98 for Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Work on it began in 2020, and after a hiatus, rankings were released in 2022. ΩRank operates under an iterative calculation system, in which the weights of tournaments and the value of wins and losses are determined all at once at the end of the season based on how each player performed at the events they attended relative to all other players.

2021

ΩRank 2021 covers tournaments from March 1st, 2021 in Japan and June 1st, 2021 in the rest of the world until the Smash World Tour Championships. Rather than having any quantitative methods for qualifying events, tournaments were selected largely based on if they had one or more top 100 players in attendance.

2020

ΩRank 2020 covers tournaments from December 20th, 2019, through CEO Dreamland 2020. The list of tournaments evaluated is the same as that of the abortive Spring 2020 PGRU, with the addition of CEO Dreamland 2020.

Fall 2019 =

ΩRank Fall 2019 covers tournaments from July 1st, 2019, through December 15th, 2019. The list of tournaments evaluated is the same as that of the Fall 2019 PGRU, though the tiers may differ due to higher regional multipliers for much of the world and retroactive retiering.

Spring 2019 =

ΩRank Spring 2019 covers tournaments from December 20th, 2018, through June 30th, 2019. The list of tournaments evaluated includes those of the Spring 2019 PGRU, with the addition of several events not evaluated by the PGRU due to occurring prior to GENESIS 6 or having too few entrants to qualify for the PGRU.
