Overview

The Junior Clown Car opens its mouth to swing a grinder twice. Its loop hits deal 1.8% and do not connect together very well at high percentages. The final hit deals 4%.

  •   Dash attack's last hit's angle has been adjusted (60° → 50°). This improves its edgeguarding potential.
