Should Daisy Parasol be exclusively covered in the Ultimate section?

Daisy, who is Peach's Echo Fighter, shares the exact same up special, with only the name and parasol color being different. Echo Fighters' special moves that have the same name and/or identical functionality, like Lucina's Dolphin Slash, can be covered entirely in the section(s) pertaining to the games that the Echo Fighters appear in.
