Seibugeki Rising 3 was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate arcadian tournament held in Kokubunji, Tokyo, on August 3rd, 2024. The tournament was aimed at beginners and new players, with players who have placed in the top 32 of a tournament with at least 128 entrants or have a Smashmate rating of 2000 or higher being barred from the event. A 5v5 teams single-elimination bracket was held for players eliminated at or before the top 48.
