Tournament summaryEdit
The tournament's first stage, was a round robin group stage with the two highest placing players in each of the 8 groups progressing to winners side of top 32 and the third and fourth place finishers progressing to the losers side.
The top 5 seeds of the event, did not drop any sets during the group stage. However, the 6th seed, Kyon, dropped sets to sdsg and banbuu, the 7th seed Crete dropped a set to kaito, and the 8th seed Lunamado dropped sets to MTK, samurai, and Minpon.
karaage, the 2nd seed, would progress through the event without dropping a set. Notably, the 1st seed, Raki, placed 5th after being upset by the 4th seed Tsuna in winners and Crete in losers.
