Unless there are more to it on places like SmashBoards, I don't see this sticking around. It's mentioned that he "hasn't attended a national tournament since May 2017". And the bar tournaments probably won't add much to the case here. Side note didn't tag the other player El Hefe because I thought 9th/53 isn't bad but idk if he has much else.
