AceAttorney is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Zelda player from New Jersey. He was known for his run at Let's Make Big Moves, where he defeated MattyG and Jw to place 33rd; he has additional wins over players such as Jakal, Bankai, Ralphie, Dunston, and ZeroTwoNone. He was formerly ranked 9th on the New Jersey Smash Ultimate Power Rankings.

In March 2020, AceAttorney was signed by Brigade Esports. On July 2nd, after sexual harassment allegations against AceAttorney came to light, Brigade Esports cut ties with him[1].

On June 30th, 2020, multiple people came out against AceAttorney with allegations of pedophilia and grooming. His Twitter account was deactivated and he is likely be leaving the Smash community. However, he continues to be active on social media, utilizing a private Twitter account in place of his suspended one.

ControversyEdit

On June 30th, 2020, amidst a wave of sexual harassment allegations within the community, several Smashers came out accusing AceAttorney for sexual harassment. Insomniac published a tweet speaking out about AceAttorney, alleging that AceAttorney sent Insomniac pictures of his covered genitals without Insomniac's consent.[2] Additionally, Smasher Katy Parry published a tweet alleging AceAttorney pressured them into trading nude pictures. In the screenshot, AceAttorney is seen stating he had sent pictures of his genitals to them.[3] Furthermore, music composer Scraft Punk published a tweet alleging AceAttorney grooms underaged minors. In the screenshot, AceAttorney is seen stating that a minor would be interested in dating AceAttorney when the minor turns 18.[4] Lastly, Smasher Froot published a tweet alleging that AceAttorney had sexually harassed her.[5][6] Following the allegations, AceAttorney deactivated his Twitter account and his team, Brigade Esports, cut ties with him the next day.

In mid-July, AceAttorney reactivated his Twitter account and posted a TwitLonger denying several of the allegations made against him.[7] He then remained active on Twitter for a few weeks before deactivating again.
