Charizard rushes forward before skidding to a halt and delivering a side-kick. This move is primarily used for poking and breaking zoning due to its general lack of combo potential due to the high knockback. The move can KO at high percents at the ledge, however, it's niche in this department due to Charizards plentiful KO options.
