Editing Japanese tournament pages
DIO played Ryu. Whether he won or lost is irrelevant. And I added Bayonetta to Komo's character list, since you feel it's necessary to include every character he played. For the future, please don't revert edits on Japanese tournament page unless there was an obvious error or you have something useful to contribute.Piledrivaaa (talk) 07:14, 23 October 2016 (EDT)
- "Whether he won or lost is irrelevant." Not true. It's an unwritten rule here on SmashWiki that only characters who contributed to a player's advancement in bracket (i.e. won games in a won set) should be accounted for. It makes sense, as it better represents a character's competitive viability and the player's ability to use that character. An obvious example of that is Kameme's Yoshi at EVO. AFAIK, japanese tournaments aren't an exception. Btw, hen did Komo use Bayo? (not doubting you, just curious) Dimo (talk) 10:04, 23 October 2016 (EDT)
