  1. Heh heh, this is cool Kirby's Crazy Appetite ~   14:49, 31 August 2016 (EDT)
  2. Not sure how I feel about it being on universe articles (considering potentially longer load times than Sonic '06 on an Xbox with more hardware issues than Windows Vista), but it would look pretty slick nonetheless and I'm always a sucker for aesthetics. Disaster Flare   (talk) 14:34, 1 September 2016 (EDT)
  3. Only on the condition that the item descriptions are made more concise, otherwise it would take too much space up on the articles for universes with large amounts of items.  Nyargleblargle (Contribs) 12:28, 3 September 2016 (EDT)
  4. Yes on the universe pages, no on the items chart though. Dots (talk)   The Sigma 18:55, 7 September 2016 (EDT)

  1. See my comments below. All this would do is bloat pages that are already overly heavy and make them heavier, to little gain. Miles (talk) 15:33, 31 August 2016 (EDT)
The universe pages aren't that heavy really. Not when compared to sticker/trophy pages and such. Serpent   King 20:52, 31 August 2016 (EDT)
Sticker and trophy lists are just that: lists. Universe pages are primarily prose. Furthermore, some of them are exceedingly heavy (look at the filesize on Mario (universe) or The Legend of Zelda (universe), for example); I'd hesitate to add more. Miles (talk) 21:15, 31 August 2016 (EDT)
Wait what? You are trying to say that because the page has too much text as it is, it cannot have more images? That doesn't really make sense. Serpent   King 21:18, 31 August 2016 (EDT)

How will this be used?  Poultry (talk) the God-Slayer 18:08, 29 May 2016 (EDT)

Um see the page. I clearly show how each page will be affected. Serpent   King 19:34, 29 May 2016 (EDT)

I'm not so sure about this. Universe pages are already heavy, so adding more images for items when they already have them for characters and stages seems like a bit much to me. The icons aren't particularly crucial for the item pages themselves, since they're only ever used in the item select and aren't nearly as essential as say, character head icons. And the item list table seems like it would be harder to read with those images, although that might just be me comparing the Poke Ball to the   icon. Miles (talk) 20:32, 29 May 2016 (EDT)

As for the Universe pages, that's exactly why I want the icons: because they have the characters' and stages' icons, so it's a consistency thing. I am totally ok with leaving the item pages alone, unless they are in need of graphics anyway (which some are). As for the items page, it would be no different from the characters page...so yeah. Serpent   King 20:37, 29 May 2016 (EDT)
The difference is that characters and stages are a required part of any Smash match; items are optional. It seems like a good place to have the line drawn to keep universe pages from getting ridiculous.
As for the item table, I've already mentioned on Talk:Item that the whole thing needs a re-work anyway. I'm just not sure the icons would be a great idea for that. I guess maybe it would be okay if we didn't use   to indicate "lack of appearance", like on the character page, although I'm still not 100% sold. Miles (talk) 20:44, 29 May 2016 (EDT)
Well I just spent 3 hours separating the files needed for this, so for now I am going to hang on to them. Serpent   King 21:12, 29 May 2016 (EDT)

gunna bump this. Serpent   King 18:40, 15 September 2016 (EDT)

One last bump before I start implementing this in a week or two Serpent   King 15:31, 22 September 2016 (EDT)
One more bump...lol I really wish people would get in on this. I hesitate to call this a consensus of anything. Serpent   King 20:27, 12 October 2016 (EDT)
how much "support"'s is enough Kirby's Crazy Appetite ~   22:23, 12 October 2016 (EDT)
It's not really about a vote count, but right now, not enough people are giving feedback on this. Serpent   King 22:33, 12 October 2016 (EDT)
