Battle Gateway 9 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee and Template:Melee national tournament held in Dearborn, Michigan from October 2nd-4th, 2015. It was hosted by veteran TO Juggleguy and the rest of the Michigan Smash community. The Big House 5 was sponsored by Nintendo of America, who also tweeted out about the event, and livestreamed by VGBootCamp (primary Melee, Smash Wii U top 8 stream), Tourney Locator (Smash Wii U stream up to top 8) and Showdown Smash (secondary, non-eSports Melee stream).
