- The contents of the accidentally released 1.0.8 update to SSBU are datamined, confirming Roy and Ryu as downloadable content, correlating with previous datamining of the 1.0.6 update to SSB3DS. Other new content confirmed includes a new stage for at least SSBU based on Ryu's stage from Street Fighter II, and additional Mii Fighter costumes.
