Round 46: King Dedede vs. Ice ClimbersEdit
Winner!! King Dedede 6 to 4 |
|||||
The first fight of 2010 has a bit of a winter theme, and all of its combatants fight with hammers. (They may not technically be a penguin and a pair of Eskimos, but that's good enough for most people.) Prepare for a splintering battle that'll leave the loser stuck in the snow, ready for a game of Whack-A-Smasher.

Round 47: Ganondorf vs. Captain FalconEdit
Winner!! Captain Falcon 0 to 8 |
|||||
Once apon a time, in 2001, the Smashers got expanded into a group of 26 members. Ganondorf decided that there was very little in the way of worthy opponents, so he decided to fight hand-to-hand instead of using his sword skills. Unfortunately for him, he picked the wrong guy to copy off of. Will Captain Falcon beat up the guy that stole his moves?

Round 48: Donkey Kong vs. Diddy KongEdit
Winner!! Donkey Kong 6 to 4 |
|||||
It's DK vs. DK! One's a big brute with a powerful punch, the other a stylish simian with acrobatic antics. While they're best buddies, they're also polar opposites in a sense - and it's those differences that will make the difference in this battle.

Round 49: Bowser vs. YoshiEdit
Winner!! Bowser 7 to 2 |
|||||
These two part-green part-dragons have always been at odds with each other, even though they're not generally considered rivals alongside the more natural Mario-Bowser clash. That said, the Yoshis have beaten Bowser as a child a few times in the past, and now it's time for the primary Yoshi to take it to the big Koopa, one-on-one. Speed versus power! Dino versus turtle! Egg versus shell!

Giga Bowser vs. Beast GanonEdit
Winner!! Beast Ganon 4 to 7 |
|||||
Ganondorf triumphed over Bowser 13-5 during the Round 25 Celebration - but now it's their Smash Ball-powered forms having a go. Beast Ganon is driven by the Triforce of Power and never backs down. Giga Bowser takes Bowser's natural evil instincts and gives them the ability to really let loose. Who will take this round?

Winner!! Pokéballs 5 to 7 |
|||||
The pair of items that are the launching pads for many an ally in battle are now going to pit their contents against one another. Fighting Alloys vs. R.O.B. SquadEdit
Winner!! Tie 6 to 6 |
|||||
Reduced from Classic Mode mobsters to Multi-Man Brawl punching bags, the Alloys aren't too happy about the R.O.B. Squad getting the nod as a mass-produced enemy in the Subspace Emissary. Will it be the numbers and fighting style of the computer-generated creatures or the drive and unflinchingness of the robotic army?

Jyk vs. Quark MineEdit
Winner!! Jyk 7 to 5 |
|||||
Top-of-the-line in the Subspace Army's range of nonsentient obstacles, both Jyks and Quark Mines are often placed in just the wrong places for the Smashers' liking. The question is, which one do they hate the least? The indestructable Jyks with three elemental varieties, or the exceedingly powerful Quark Mines that eventually appear everywhere?
