Welcome to my userpage!
I joined the community in October of 2009, shortly after my purchase of Brawl. It seems like so long ago. I've played Smash 64 and Melee prior to it, however Brawl was the first game that I actually owned. I got the other two later on. I've used my knowledge to contribute to the site, and I became familiar with the community over time, particularly over the useful the irc channel for negotiating Wifi matches, shoot the breeze, or engage in Toom's IRC mafia game. Anyway, over the course of my membership, I've acquired Rollback before and after the big move, added movesets for Melee characters, expanded plenty of articles in general, and lots of tidying. Will I ever step up and apply for admin? Perhaps someday.
My notable subpages are as follows;
I'm also on DKWiki.

I don't play Brawl quite as much as I used to, but I'm still always eager to shake some dust off. Feel free to challenge me via Smashwiki's Internet relay chat system. I'd consider my self fairly good, but no where near professional. As for Melee and 64, yes I do have them, but rarely play them anymore.

Smash 4 Wishlist
- Overhaul the Wi-Fi. Completely. Brawl's Wifi works, but it is pretty bad. Granted, the game is five years old (O_O) and it is fair to say its outdated. What the new Smash needs is some sort of friend request system that doesn't involve a convoluted dozen number code. Heck, Monster Hunter Tri got away with a 6-character friend code, and even there we could give friend requests if you're in the same room as someone. Right there is a good idea for public servers; post-game, give us the ability to send friend requests. Also, give us the ability to record matches longer than three minutes. In most of my serious matches, 3 minutes is like half the battle. For friend battles, perhaps the Wii U can handle lag better, and have less disconnect issues.
- A demo/public beta. Seriously, this whole "coming soon" statement has me a bit concerned that they're rushing it. I don't think Smash 4 has gone through the development hell and numerous delays of Brawl.
- Hats. Dead serious.
- A Donkey Kong stage with the series' awesome music, and isn't the worst stage in the game. I'm looking at you, Rumble Falls.
- Downloadable add-ons and patches. I'm not saying ship the game incomplete, or day one DLC, but perhaps a few weeks after it comes out, finish up on scrapped characters and ideas. For instance, Brawl could of had a DLC where Dixie Kong or Mewtwo were playable, given their incomplete data. However, the Wee can't handle DLC, patches, or anything or the sort.
- Either make the Masterpieces longer or don't feature them. Heck, allowing us the play the whole game itself would be nice, given the overpriced nature of the Virtual Console. ($5 for 20 year old NES software? Really?)
- A way to import music to custom stages. (That doesn't involve modifying the game).
