First off, don't write in all-caps. Second, making things bold isn't needed. I notice new stuff on my talk page because I get a notification about it. Third, add messages at the bottom of the page by using the convenient "Post a comment" button, located at the top of a page. What you just did was like running up to me and shouting in my face.
