To clarify, talk pages are to be used to contact users in matters related to the Wiki, such as asking about an edit a user made or how to do something on the Wiki. Minor outside conversation is acceptable, such as asking someone to the IRC or asking them for a brawl. But using them to simply converse with another user is not, and it's discouraged to bring outside matters into the Wiki as well. For more, read the talk page guidelines.
