Mach Tornado is Meta Knight's Neutral B attack. He spins around creating a tornado and sucking enemies in. You can move around by spinning left and right. Pressing B repeatedly increases the length of time the move lasts and also causes him to float up higher. Also the inertia produced carries you left and right
