Joe T.E. is a hacked character in Brawl, hacked by JoeTE. his model and moveset are based off of Wolf.
Moveset
Ground Attacks
Normal
- Standard Attack - Three quick claw swipes. 3%, then 2%, then 7%.
- Dash Attack - A sliding charge similar to Wolf's Side Smash. 5-15% damage.
- Strong Side - Swipes both claws in a swimming-style motion. 8-10 damage within two hitboxes%.
- Strong Up - A quick upwards kick. 10% damage.
- Strong Down - A quick grounded kick that can trip foes. 9% damage.
Smash
- Side Smash - Clenches his fists together and swings hard, creating an explosion. Does 60% and KO's foes in one hit, 84% when fully charged. Has an incredibly small hitbox.
- Up Smash - Roars upwards, creating an explosion. 21% damage, 29% Fully charged.
- Down Smash - Does two lows swipes, one on each side of him. 13-14% damage.

JoeTE, also known as Joe T.E., is a Smasher from New Port Richey, Florida. While not the most skilled, he continues to practice daily, hoping to someday be at a good competitive level. He has a mental disorder known as Asperger Syndrome, which has varied effects on the mind, mostly having increased intelligence, but lacking social skills.
He mains Bowser in SSBB and SSBM; He secondaries DK, Charizard, Ike, and Meta Knight in SSBB, along with Giga Bowser.
Besides smash, Joe also plays Pokemon and Mario Kart. He is also more well known as an artist, specifically a sprite artist, making sprites of Nintendo and Sonic characters, also skilfully blending and shifting colors to usually keep a 16 color limit. He is most well known for a Super Sonic sprite sheet styled after the official sprites of the GBA game Sonic Battle. He is also known on Youtube for Donkey Kong 64 videos, specifically No Damage runs of all of the game's bosses, as well as interesting Gameshark code videos, such as Krusha seeing more use.
Joe has quite a few brawl videos up on youtube, most involving Giga Bowser hacks, Brawl+, along with Texture and Music hacking. Joe is also known for doing research into how Giga Bowser plays. Most details on the Final Smash article for Bowser was included by him. His notable discovery is that Giga Bowser's down throw can KO opponents if set up correctly, with completely horizontal knockback that is only slightly modified by gravity.

- Joe uses textures on the characters he mains and secondaries. Bowser is replaced by Dry Bowser(Along with Dry Giga Bowser), Donkey Kong has his Boxing Gloves from Punch-Out, Charizard is Shiny, Ike is in his Lord Attire, and Meta Knight is replaced by Galacta Knight.
