A Stock Ball is an item in SSBB The Subspace Emissary It basicly functions the same way a 1up Mushroom would in the Mario Games, it gives you one extra life. It would be wise to make sure the main player gets the Stock Ball if you use Co-op play, seeing as it's their life the game depends on.
