Nashville Valley Smash, often abbreviated as NVS, is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate crew and eSports organization based in Tennessee, United States. It was formed in 2019 by high school friends and smashers Lunch and Dr. Blessing in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Originally starting as a small crew for them and their friends, the crew's influence grew across the greater Tennessee scene as more players would join over the year of 2019 and into 2020. Following the return of offline competitive play in mid-2021 after the COVID-19 pandemic, NVS grew exponentially, picking up many newcomers and rising players in the greater Middle Tennessee area, eventually turning them into one of the largest and strongest crews in Middle Tennessee as well as the rest of the state. NVS officially sponsored their first player, YDelirious, on May 6, 2022, which saw the crew take its first steps into the realm of being an official eSports organization.
