Demise is an esport organization based in London, United Kingdom, founded in 2017 by Oliver Lumsden and Andy Manitara.

Demise ventured into the Smash scene by signing the top MD/VA Smash 4 players Seagull Joe[1] and ZD[2] on September 25th, 2018, days before Glitch 5. They quickly expanded into the Melee scene with the signing of the newly second-best European player Trif in late 2018[3]. With the boom of the Ultimate scene, Demise signed three more players : Pandarian on April 4th, 2019[4], Nicko on April 20th, 2019[5] and Mr. E on May 11th, 2019[6]. However, Pandarian left the team after only 3 months[7]. By the end of 2019, Seagull Joe, ZD[8] and Trif[9] would also left Demise. Just before the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. E[10] then Nicko[11] left Demise. With no player remaining among their ranks, it is assumed that Demise's Smash roster is now disbanded.
