Move proposalEdit
This glitch doesn't seem to warrant its own page at all; most quirks of moves are written into their respective pages. Considering it was patched out almost immediately, there's even less cause for a page in my personal opinion. It seems far more appropriate to move this to Buster Wolf like with most glitches involving special moves. Alternatively, the Freeze glitch page could work, but this seems to work very differently, is from a different game entirely, and looks as though it would add unnecessary clutter. --
