SWT: Europe Ultimate Online Qualifier is the fifth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate qualifier for Phase One of the Smash World Tour 2021. It is region locked to several countries in Europe. The top twelve players of the main bracket, as well as the top four players from the Last Chance Qualifier, will be invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: Europe Ultimate Regional Finals.

The following countries were initially included, but were later removed in version 1.1 of the Official Rulebook on February 21st, 2021 (the day after the circuit's announcement) due to being "added by mistake in version 1.0".[1]
