Mewtwo (ミュウツー, Mewtwo) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It was confirmed on June 12th, 2018.
Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4
Aesthetics
Some of Mewtwo's attacks have been updated with new particle effects, including every attack that previously had the Darkness effect like his smash attacks and special moves.- Forward tilt has a new animation where Mewtwo spins horizontally to strike with its tail.
Ground moves
Up smash's effect area has been enlarged.
Special Moves
- Confusion now allows Mewtwo to act before captured opponents can, allowing for combos.
