Netosuma Halloween Tournament 2016 was one of the highest level online Smash 64 tournaments in Japan ("Netosuma" means net smash, saying online smash 64).
Although there were only 14 attendees, most of them were surely top Japanese players, including Kurabba, wangera, Gyaki, maha, Hiyo and more. Also worth mentioning is that no Kirby players joined this tournament.
The tournament format was double elimination and Best-of-1 except for Grand Finals which was Best-of-3.
