:3 is meant to be the emoticon for a cute cat face. It's meant to represent "the person is trying to smile/be cute to avoid suspicion/hostility" (credits to PoD, though). This is a bloated definition, so change it by all means. RAN1 domchu punch!!! 17:05, November 1, 2009 (UTC)
