Move overviews

The overviews on the attack pages should talk about the move's usefulness, such as combo potential, speed, setups, KO potential, etc. Simply describing the action shouldn't be added. Do not create low effort smasher articles

An article that consists of just two sentences and an infobox is unacceptable, read our guidelines for smasher articles before creating any more, especially take note of the section about the essentials that every smasher article requires.
