Cuccos on some occasions don't attack after being thrown at a player

For some reason in-game, I've had a few instances where a Cucco would be thrown at a player and fly off as normal, but not attack at all. Yin10Dou (talk) 13:21, 12 February 2016 (EST)

It happened to me once, but the one I picked up was just about to vanish. Unowninator (talk) 13:32, 12 February 2016 (EST)

Something about this page that's been bugging me

So I've noticed that the Cucco has been given the general character info template. The only major roles the Cucco has ever had in the Smash games are an item and an enemy, neither type is generally given the general template, so I'm wondering why the Cucco has this template?  SuperSmashTurtles of the Turtle Tribe  16:35, February 19, 2021 (EST)

That does seem odd. I checked the edit history and it was added not long after the page creation and stuck. I assumed it was because it was a living thing as an item, but Mr. Saturn doesn't have a general character infobox. I then thought it was to note recent games but Super Star and Maxim Tomato are the same as Mr. Saturn. I guess everyone just rolled with it. --CanvasK (talk) 16:54, February 19, 2021 (EST)
Admittedly, my initial guess was that, since it was introduced to the Smash series as both an item and an enemy, it's hard to determine which respective infobox one should get priority (personally, I'm leaning towards the item one since not all Smash games have game mode-exclusive standard enemies).  SuperSmashTurtles of the Turtle Tribe  17:02, February 19, 2021 (EST)
