Bill Rogers is an American voice actor. He mostly works on Anime dubs and stage productons. Rogers is the voice of Lucario in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He is also the of Bonsly and Weavile. He has voiced many characters in the Pokemon anime, most notably Brock, Drew, Croagunk, Chimchar, Ivysaur, Sudowoodo, and Lucario.
