Medu has been considered one of the Best Sonic Mains in South America during Smash 4 and has notable performances and wins, most notably against Escurridizo and Cyrano, as stated in the article.
In Smash Ultimate, Medu was considered among the best Sonic Mains in South America during the Pre-Pandemic Era and considered one of the few Sonic Mains against the characteristic PlayStyle of Sonic needing to camp.
He has since retired from the Smash scene, as he is focusing more on Competitive Trading Cards Games, but he still collaborates with organizing tournaments from time to time.
It is borderline offensive to consider Medu, as lacking notability. --Tacho99 (talk) 19:24, January 11th, 2024 (EDT)
- The playstyle part does not matter to notability. I do see that they may have better results in Smash 4 than Ult it seems like. Also the page has not mentioned him TOing. If the page has a list of what notable Smash tourneys he had co-TO'd it would certainly help his case. NPM Morr!? 01:24, January 12, 2024 (EST)
- Help his case? Medu was a High-Level player in Smash 4! So now that he stopped competing and has fewer notable performances and wins in comparison to his Smash 4 Era, his article should be deleted? It doesn't make any sense. --Tacho99 (talk) 17:22, January 12th, 2024 (EDT)
- That's not what I mean at all. Of course I know that historically notable is a thing. Once you are notable, always notable. Hold up, you sound kinda angry to me are u still insisting that I am coming off as "offensive" by tagging and discussing? What I want to grasp is if he was good enough in Smash 4. He was having "Upper mid level" results instead of "High level". I see that he has some above-average placements but uncertain about how fitting it is to the guideline. And the TOing part I don't see any harm of mentioning it and listing the tournaments they partaked in TOing. NPM Morr!? 22:13, January 12, 2024 (EST)
