The MD/VA Summit was an online invitational Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament that was held from April 8th-10th, 2021. This tournament was the first to be funded by the Golden Guardians grassroots fund.[1] Additionally, the event ran a charity fundraiser and raised $1,485 for Direct Relief[2].
