+:Heyo. I'm not too familiar with ''Brawl''{{'}}s scene as a whole, but here's how I view it.
+:2013-2014 was around when ''Melee'' started to pick up speed again while ''Brawl'' was on the decline. Since the matchup chart was made in 2013, which was around the end of ''Brawl''{{'}}s popularity, I feel like it is still a solid representation of ''Brawl'' matchups, at least moreso than ''Melee''{{'}}s. There are some slight inaccuracies such as Pikachu-MK being "even" when nearly every Pikachu main agrees that this isn't the case, but aside from a few new obscure techs being discovered, there haven't been significant metagame advancements since then, so the matchups should still hold.
