			:Ahem, the picture was an image of him photoshopped onto a giraffe. That is a joke/spam image, which is grounds for blocking. If I'm going to let every joke uploader explain themselves, then I guess I also have to let every person who adds racist remarks and blank entire pages explain themselves, letting them tear apart the entire wiki while I patiently wait for a proper explanation.
