Retro Start 2 was a tournament held inside a convention going by the same name in Buenos Aires, being the sequel to Retro Start, featuring singles for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U during February 20th, 2016. The tournament was not seeded, causing upsets and early eliminations. Gado was sent to losers for the first time by Ray in Winners Semis, 2-1. However, Gado reset the bracket in Grand Finals Set 1, 3-1 and then 3-0 for set 2, ultimately winning the tournament. Other notable players were Mariano who got 3rd, and Syrano who got 5th only losing to Pato twice.
