:Attacks that make contact are definitely not explosive. Energy moves are also not explosive. So bomb-related moves, Wakie Wakie, Volatile Breathing and Timed Egg Throw have to be explosive. Oh yeah, I forgot that explosives don't have to be items. Let's look through the custom moves:

- Wakie Wakie

- Exploding Attack (Greninja's Down (B) #2)
- Explosive Flame
- Arcfire+
- Fox Burst
- Explosive Falcon Dive
- Explosive Pikmin Pluck
- Volatile Breathing

- Hyper Bomb
- Danger Wrap
- Grenade Launch
