Captain L is a Pikachu main from British Columbia who is currently ranked 2nd on the Official BC Power Rankings. Captain L consistently places top 3 in the Pacific Northwest region, and has taken sets off of top players such as Big D, Alphicans, Cacogen, and FoCus at tournaments. In the summer of 1999, he entered his first Smash 64 tournament, where he claimed 1st.
