The cape deals 6-7% damage and pushes the opponent away, whilst turning them around. This can also be used to make an opponent go the wrong way whilst using a move like Little Mac's Jolt Haymaker, thus allowing a punish. He shares this move with Dr. Mario, although it has been renamed Super Sheet. Mario additionally stalls if this is used in the air, which can potentially benefit his recovery.

Overview

In Mario's side special, he takes out his cape from Super Mario World and does a swift movement, causing the cape to fly in front of him. The cape deals 7% damage and pushes the opponent away, whilst turning them around.
