:A Stall-Then-Fall attack is named as such because the character stops completely upon use, then plummets. I believe a Divekick is like Sonics DAir in Brawl, where there is no stall. Hope this helps. ::I guess your right. When I googled Stall then fall, it shows me more accurate results and examples like Sheik, Toon Link, and Bowser compared to googling divekicks because of its properties.
