On one hand, it's Miles being Miles. On the other hand, sturgeon law applies, and giving free reign of the mainspace to the entire userbase is leading to articles mostly being filled with unfunny shit and memes just thrown around without any actual joke (I'm looking at you Requiem of Ice), that will only become worse as the day goes on, which I think overall makes the wiki reflects as "le reddit meme" and not as being actually clever with its April Fools, while also making it more frustrating for legitimate readers. I was going to do some cleanup of such while keeping the more decent stuff, but then I realised what was the point, when more shit is going to come, and you'll get edit wars over what's "funny" and what isn't with no clear resolution to such. | |||
